Diversity and Inclusion statement

1. Diversity and Inclusion are the core of Salute World copywriting. Everyone is welcome unless propagandising their beliefs with aggression and not accepting other opinions. Diversity brings us together to learn and grow. Every individual is respected, supported and appreciated for their unique contribution, diverse talents and for being themselves.

2. Diversity and inclusion are vital to the success of Salute World. I work with people from all backgrounds, beliefs and experiences. I believe everyone should have the freedom to be themselves and be valued for their differences. It’s what makes our world go around.

 

3. I acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the first inhabitants of the nation and the traditional custodians of the lands where we live, learn and work. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.

4. My customers come from all over the World. I work with everyone regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, lifestyle, age, educational background, national origin, religion or physical ability.
